He possesses a wealth of government and private sector experience in developing and implementing federal healthcare policy and achieving legislative and regulatory objectives. He delivers strategic counsel and advocacy services to Fortune 500 companies, trade associations, integrated health systems, state and local governments, private foundations and a host of other organizations across the country.

In that capacity, he advised Committee Members on key health care policy matters, including Medicare, Medicaid and broader health care reform. Mr. Wynne was a key drafter and negotiator of several healthcare laws enacted during that period and assisted in the development of the healthcare reform “White Papers” that served as the basis for the Affordable Care Act.
